Refund Policy

At 19online, we are dedicated to providing high-quality website development services that meet our clients’ expectations. While we aim for complete satisfaction, we understand that there may be cases where a refund is requested. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for both parties.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project before any development work has started, a full refund will be granted.
If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress completed.

Failure to Deliver
If 19online is unable to deliver the agreed services or fails to meet project milestones within the specified timeframe, the client may request a refund.
Any refund issued will be proportional to the incomplete portion of the work.

Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the client is not satisfied with the final deliverables, they must notify 19online in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Technical Issues
If technical problems arise due to errors in our development process and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued for the affected portion of the service.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the project has started
  • Delays caused by the client, such as late submission of required content, information, or approvals
  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client
  • Costs related to third-party services, including domain registration, hosting, or premium tools/themes
